ABOUT THE FALL 2025 MAINSTAGE SEASON

The Moth Mainstage shows are renowned for the great range of human experience they showcase. Each show starts with a theme, and the storytellers explore it, often in unexpected ways. Since each story is true and every voice authentic, the shows dance between documentary and theater, creating a unique, intimate, and often enlightening experience for the audience.

This fall, The Moth is bringing Mainstage shows to 16 cities, including NYC, San Francisco, London, and Nairobi. Each of these shows will explore the season theme, DARING, but the stories and their tellers will never be the same. This season holds stories that will make you laugh, gasp, and maybe cover your eyes. Bold choices. Audacious proclamations. Courageous humility. Each night, completely unique.
