  • Culture | Cross Culture
  • Format | Workshop, After School Program
  • Discipline | Music, Theatre, Literary Arts
  • Level | Grades 3 to 5, Grades 6 to 8, Grades 9 to 12

Students are encouraged to define characterization, articulation, and physical/vocal presentation. Students work on lyrics to develop an understanding of emphasis and become familiar with underscoring, as means of strengthening the communication of an intended emotion. The focus is on the intent of the words and action with music sung a cappella. This is then combined with physical movement to complete the telling of a story.
