Asase Yaa School of the Arts' second annual performance will include dance (modern, hip-hop, ballet, African, and tap), Djembe drumming, and Martial Arts. The performance will showcase the creativity, growth, and passion that the youth of Brooklyn have for the performing arts.

Tap City, the New York City Tap Festival puts all of our students on stage in a fun show of youth, teen and adult students. Tap dancers will perform for each other - on Broadway! - in an informal performance featuring the newly minted work from all of the Tap City Residencies from the Youth, Pre-Professional and Adult 4-day Residency Programs.

Young Dancemakers Company, the renowned summer ensemble of NYC teens, presents a free concert of original choreography: topical, mindful, witty, fun dances, with bold themes holding meaning for today's world, by teen dancer/choreographers selected from throughout the NYC public high schools.

Breaking Glass Project was founded by Ellenore Scott of ELSCO Dance and Nathalie Matychak of MATYCHAK to nurture and mentor the emerging female choreographers of today. This is the culminating performance of the project.
