Geoffrey Arend starred in and directed for 5 seasons on Madam Secretary. His additional credits include Paradise, Deli Boys, Good American Family, Physical, Goliath, and 500 Days of Summer. Arend's voice can be heard on BBC Radio in Central Intelligence and the forthcoming Buzz Aldrin, in which he plays the eponymous role. 
Kevin Brockmeier is the author of the memoir A Few Seconds of Radiant Filmstrip; the novels The Illumination and The Brief History of the Dead; and the story collections The Ghost Variations, The View from the Seventh Layer, and more. His work has been translated into seventeen languages. 
Michael Urie has starred in numerous Broadway productions including Torch Song, Grand Horizons, Spamalot, and Once Upon a Mattress. On screen, he has appeared in Ugly Betty, Younger, Maestro, Goodrich, and currently can be seen on Shrinking, for which he was nominated for an Emmy Award. He co-founded and co-produces the LGBTQIA theater festival Pride Plays, and co-hosts the Still Ugly podcast. 
Nick White is the author of the novel How to Survive a Summer and the story collection Sweet and Low. His writing has appeared in publications including The Kenyon Review, Guernica, Catapult, The Hopkins Review, Indiana Review, The Literary Review, and Lit Hub.
Meg Wolitzer is the New York Times bestselling author of The Female Persuasion, The Interestings, The Ten-Year Nap, The Position, and The Wife, among other novels. The Interestings is currently being adapted as a musical, with a book by Sarah Ruhl and music and lyrics by Sara Bareilles. Wolitzer was the guest editor of The Best American Short Stories 2017 and also writes books for young readers. She is a faculty member in the Creative Writing Program at Stony Brook University, where she co-founded and co-directs BookEnds, a yearlong intensive for emerging novelists.
