Description
Michelle Buteau is known for her charismatic standup comedy, including the Netflix special Welcome to Buteaupia, for scene-stealing roles in Always Be My Maybe and First Wives Club, and as the unapologetically frank voice behind The Circle. Now the multi-talented Buteau is joined by Ilana Glazer (Broad City) to celebrate the paperback release of her "zesty and hilarious" essay collection, Survival of the Thickest, a chronicle of the good (motherhood), the bad (dating disasters), and the surprising (performing stand-up for male strippers).
There are a limited number of companion tickets available, these tickets are $20 and do not include a book. To purchase a companion ticket, add a standard ticket and a companion ticket to your cart. The companion ticket will be discounted at checkout. Note that companion tickets are only available to purchase with a full-price ticket and don't include a copy of the book. All other in-person tickets come with a signed paperback copy of Survival of the Thickest from our friends at Strand Bookstore. Livestream tickets do not include a book.
Please note that there will not be a public book signing at this event.
