Description
A neglected wife (Glenn Close) begins to question her life choices while en route to Stockholm with her self-absorbed novelist husband (Jonathan Pryce) who's about to receive the Nobel Prize. From the novel by Meg Wolitzer, adapted by Jane Anderson ("Olive Kitteridge"). Close's powerhouse, award-worthy performance is buttressed by a terrific supporting cast-- Christian Slater, Elizabeth McGovern, Max Irons --and has struck a deep emotional chord with international audiences.
