The Thalia Follies: Primary Colors
Leonard Nimoy Thalia at Symphony Space The Thalia Follies |
![]() ![]() ![]() |
It’s primary season, and the Follies takes a comically charged look at what has been happening, what is happening, and what will inevitably happen in the world of politics in this evening of comedy and song.
Selected songs/sketches include:
"Take Your Gun to Church," a rousing musical number about the second amendment.
"I Found a Job," a Joni Mitchell parody song about life in NYC.
Everything you always wanted to know about Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum and Ron Paul (or whoever remains in the race!) but were afraid to ask.
Featuring special guest artist Paul Binder, ringmaster of the Big Apple Circus.
Musical Director: Beth Ertz
