Babelesque
Performing a
cross-section of Tribal, Egyptian and Cabaret styles, the Bellydance Superstars
exhibit an intoxicating spectacle that transports the audience to a distant time
and place while stimulating all the senses. Taking an ancient art form into the
mainstream, they have garnered international acclaim from critics, instructors,
dancers, and fans alike.
The troupe’s current show, “Babelesque,”
features all new choreography, costumes and production. Dressed in luxurious
colorful costumes, the Bellydance Superstars beautifully display the true art of
bellydance. The exotic sounds of haunting melodies echo through every venue
during each show, and the dancers perform in front of an amazing backdrop with
washes of lighting and effects.
