***** Fun & Spirited Gala
|

That was so much fun. Usually dread big galas with hundreds of names.
Issiah didn't know you were such a fine and funny songwriter. How about you singing some now and then (Hell, if Garrison can on his show, why not you). But Ivy was fine.. Very funny song. Other highlights were Marion Cowings, Steven Lang (more baseball haikus all year long please!), Peter Schickle (I miss his show on NPR. Donna Murphy was wonderful, never thought the great Barbara Feldon would be the right voice for Walt Whitman for some reason, but she was, Fritz Weaver and Bernadette Quigley were a blast (Quigley hits a home run every time out). Also nice to discover, "I'm a Dumbell" sung by KT Sullivan.
All in all a great show. Thank you.!!!! |
