Tim Daly has been an actor for more than 40 years, working in TV, films, and theater. He is the recipient of Theatre World, Dramalogue, Golden Satellite, GLAAD, Gracie, Humanitas, Princess Grace, and Peabody Awards, and has been nominated for Emmy and SAG awards. He has produced three films that were in competition at the Sundance Film Festival. He is perhaps best known for his roles in Wings, Private Practice, The Sopranos, and Madam Secretary, and as the voice of Superman for the animated series. He also created and stars in the YouTube web series The Daly Show. His theater credits include Coastal Disturbances, Red, The Scene, Downstairs, Six Degrees of Separation, Buried Child, Bus Stop, Henry Flamethrowa, The Ruins of Civilization, and most recently off-Broadway in Night of the Iguana and Still. He’s been in a lot of movies, most notably Basic, The Associate, and Diner. He can be seen in the upcoming movies The Panic and Unholy Trinity, and in the upcoming Netflix series Leanne.
