Evie McGee Colbert is a principal of Spartina Industries and previously served as Executive Producer on several projects including the acclaimed filmed version of Derek DelGaudio's In & Of Itself  on Hulu. Most recently, with her husband Stephen Colbert, Evie co-authored the cookbook Does This Taste Funny?, which debuted at #3 on the New York Times Bestseller List. In addition to her work as a producer, Evie is a passionate advocate for the arts. She is the co-founder and President Emerita of Montclair Film, a film and media arts non-profit based in Montclair, New Jersey. Evie is also a member of the New Jersey State Arts Council and a former board member of the International African American Museum in her hometown of Charleston, South Carolina, and Montclair Kimberley Academy, an independent day school in New Jersey.
