The 13th Annual FOLCS International Short Film Competition
Awards Night celebrates outstanding short films that explore themes of social justice, human rights, and the law. The evening will feature a 1 to 1.5-hour screening of finalist films, followed by a 30 to 45 minute awards presentation, honoring excellence in storytelling, direction, and audience impact.
