Haitian singer and Red Cross Ambassador Emeline Michel is internationally acclaimed for fusing pop, jazz, blues, and traditional Haitian rhythms into deeply moving, joyful music delivered with a charismatic live show. She was hailed by The New York Times as “the dancing ambassador with a voice serene and warm like the breeze.” Singer, composer and producer Mikaben fuses a variety of musical genres with kompa, the dance music and modern méringue of Haiti with African roots.
