In honor of International Holocaust Remembrance Day. Yoav Potash’s new film Among Neighbors is the story of how a community can be torn apart by war and the lingering threat to the peace that existed for centuries between neighbors. Combining magical realism and evocative hand-drawn animation with revelatory interviews and verité footage, this is a heart-pounding true-crime investigation with urgent political relevance and a love story spanning seven decades.
