Description

In honor of International Holocaust Remembrance Day. Yoav Potash’s new film Among Neighbors is the story of how a community can be torn apart by war and the lingering threat to the peace that existed for centuries between neighbors. Combining magical realism and evocative hand-drawn animation with revelatory interviews and verité footage, this is a heart-pounding true-crime investigation with urgent political relevance and a love story spanning seven decades.

Screening followed by filmmaker Yoav Potash and Rabbi Michael Schudrich, the Chief Rabbi of Poland, in conversation with Gideon Taylor, President of the Claims Conference.

Steven Spielberg and the Shoah Foundation are supporting.
