Experience the collision of two innovative ensembles as s t a r g a z e, Berlin's collective of new music mavericks, joins forces with the Minneapolis-based synth-pop band Poliça. The evening includes the reimagining of a minimalist classic by Steve Reich, the premiere of a new electronica-based work by Los Angeles "rising star composer" (Time Out New York) Daniel Wohl, and the New York premiere of s t a r g a z e and Poliça's expansive multi-movement work, Music for the Long Emergency.
