Following the program you are invited to stay for a  showing of the film DEFIANCE staring Daniel Craig (James Bond) and Liev Schreiber (X-men Origins), written and directed by Edward Zwick.
Defiance is an inspiring true story of the three Bielski brothers whose heroic resistance saved over 1,200 Jews from the Nazi onslaught during World War II.  From  those saved, today their off-spring have surpassed more than 25,000.

Benefiting School News Nationwide. SNN "Word of Bonds" Holocaust Tolerance Program, arranges for Holocaust Survivors to speak to students in public and private schools in an effort to combat bullying and hate crimes.

Your support helps School News Nationwide's "Words of Bonds" Holocaust program;  its After School Programs - Combating Bullying, Hate Crimes, as well as improving students' academic skills in New York City schools. School News Nationwide was founded by Bill Tingling, and with the efforts of its partners, such as Jewish Holocaust survivors, African American seniors, Holocaust museums, public schools, universities, local police precincts, the Italian, French, Polish, and Israeli Council General Offices, it has helped to educate, influence and empower thousands of youth to become constructive, productive members of society, as well as improving their academic skills.
