Arturo O'Farrill and the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra's fifth annual new music concert will feature a Spoken Word slam curated by poet, musician, and visionary Angel Rodriguez and will highlight the work of New York institution, the Nuyorican Poets Café. Guest DJs, instrumentalists, and dancers will mix the classic sound of boogaloo, mambo, and salsa with hip-hop, acid jazz, and alternative improvisation. This will be one for the ages-don't miss out!
