Box Office Hours
The Box Office windows are open in the main lobby of Symphony Space Tuesday - Sunday from 1 pm to 6 pm. If a paid ticketed event falls on a Monday, the Box Office will open at 3 pm. Box Office windows remain open on the night of a show until one half-hour after curtain.
Please note that all phone orders and online ticket purchases are subject to a $5 per ticket flat fee.

For all online orders, your method of delivery must be selected prior to submitting your order; once submitted, your chosen delivery method cannot be changed. See below for how to pick up tickets.
Three methods of delivery are available: in-person at the Box Office, via mail, or print-at-home.
Box Office/Will Call:
Tickets may be picked up at the Box Office window any time after the order is completed. If picking up tickets the night of a performance, please arrive at the theatre at least a half-hour before curtain. Only the credit card-holder may pick up the tickets and the credit card used to purchase the tickets must be presented at the Box Office window.
Please note: for Box Office pickup you must present a valid form of I.D.
Please order tickets at least two weeks in advance to allow for ample delivery time.
If you choose to print at home, you will receive an attachment with your order confirmation containing your tickets.
If there is a published student price for an event, tickets will be available for purchase in person at the Box Office only with presentation of a valid school I.D.
Bringing Children to an Event
All Children age one and older must have a paid ticket. Policies vary for different shows regarding admittance of children under five years of age. Please inquire before purchasing tickets.
For many events group discounts are availablle for groups of fifteen people or more. Please note that seats for group sales will not be reserved until payment is received. The Box Office will not mail tickets purchased at a group rateand group members cannot be picked up individually. The group contact person must pick up the tickets at the Symphony Space box office.

Seats cannot be held without payment, and that sale is final.
Purchasing tickets guarantees seats will be held and guarantee admission as the performance allows. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Reserved seat locations are not guaranteed past curtain time.
Cancellations and Refunds
If a show is cancelled, the Box Office will contact you to process your refund. Ticket handling fees are non-refundable.
If a show is not cancelled, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. In the case of severe snow or ice, call the Box Office for more information regarding possible cancellation.
All artists are subject to change. If a performer withdraws from a performance and is replaced with another performer, no refunds will be given in this instance.
