In the opening concert of Glass Farm Ensemble's 2016-2017 season includes two world premieres. The title piece Spare Change is a virutoso snare drum solo with humoristic visual and tonal effects. The second world premiere in this concert, Yvonne Troxler's Aoristo for vibraphone and piano uses shifting sound fields interspersed and overlapped with rhythmically charged patterns.
