In addition to her multitude of fans, Judy Blume has inspired a legion of writers throughout her decades-long career. Led by Meg Wolitzer (The Interestings), a team of talented authors and actors including Samantha Bee (Full Frontal with Samantha Bee), Michael Chernus (Orange Is the New Black), Tavi Gevinson (Rookie), Giullian Yao Gioiello (Scream: The TV Series), Laura Gómez (Orange Is the New Black), Julie Klausner (Difficult People), Hasan Minhaj (The Daily Show), Molly Ringwald (Riverdale), Phoebe Robinson (2 Dope Queens), Chloë Sevigny (Lean on Pete), and Jenna Ushkowitz (Glee), and protégés Tayari Jones and Rachel Vail gather to share stories and perform selections from the tantalizing, naughty, and hilarious grown-up works that solidified Blume as a unique talent and often controversial literary figure. With a rare NYC appearance by Judy Blume herself, this evening is for adults only!
