How can Global Arts benefit your organization

Program Benefits

Early childhood, elementary, middle and high schools

Workshops, lecture-demonstrations, field trips, and interactive performances bring the social studies curriculum to life for your students. Using works of art as primary source documents, our programs augment document-based inquiry. Multicultural hands-on performing and visual arts workshops give greater meaning to and understanding of the world we live in, broadening students' horizons. Teacher Resource Guides are included.

Afterschool enrichment programs

Workshops allow children to relax and have fun after a day of school while incorporating the learning skills and information that are an integral part of all our performing, visual, and literary arts workshops.

Community centers, libraries and other organizations

Global Arts programs create vibrant and joyful events for members or guests, giving them access to artists and cultures from around the world and highlighting the bonds that connect us all.

Colleges and universities

Global Arts programs enrich humanities courses, offering insights into cultures around the globe, with in-depth artistic classroom workshops and/or community-building performances.

Cultural field trips at Symphony Space

Arrange for your student body to see colorful and educational presentations. Approximately 60 minutes in length, they are offered during the school day.
