Composers Now

Composers tell the story of the times. Composers move sound waves around and make meaning, evoke emotions, and capture the essence of something bigger than we can describe. This is the power and the magic of music; composers are the sorcerers.

Beginning February 4th and continuing through the end of the month, today's composers, both world-renowned and newly emerging, will share the music of our times at venues throughout the city. Come and listen to the music and the dialogue. Listen, listen more, think, feel, absorb and debate, then listen some more. Be part of Composers Now and turn your ears inside out.
