+ About the Artists

Cintra Wilson is a writer, performer and cultural critic. Declared as "the Dorothy Parker of the cyber age," she is best known for her commentary on popular culture.  She has written for Salon, and currently contributes to the New York Times for its "Critical Shopper" series. Her books include A Massive Swelling: Celebrity Re-examined as a Grotesque Crippling Disease, Colors Insulting to Nature, and Caligula for President: Better American Living Through Tyranny.

Jon Glaser is an actor, comedian and television writer. He plays Councilman Jamm in Parks and Recreation and was recently seen in HBO's Girls as Laird, an ex-junkie with a crush on Hannah Horvath. He is a five-time Emmy nominee with the writing staff of Late Night with Conan O'Brien, the creator and star of Adult Swim series Delocated, and the author of My Dead Dad Was in ZZ Top.

Wyatt Cenac is a writer, comedian and actor based in New York City. He wrote for King of the Hill for several years and most recently wrote and served as a correspondent for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. Wyatt starred in the 2008 film Medicine for Melancholy, and recently recorded a stand-up special entitled Comedy Person. You can check out his website here.

Daniel Pecoraro serves as host of Uptown Showdown's podcast series in his role as Audio Intern at Symphony Space, and is also the producer and host of the quiz show The Thursday Trivia Podcast and the audio documentary series infinitespace.
