The Dancing Piano with Jenny Lin

The Performance

Jenny Lin, described by the New York Times as possessing a "remarkable technical command and a gift for melodic flow," will perform a program of Latin dance music, beginning with the folk-inspired Musica Callada of Federico Mompou (Spain), and including works by Astor Piazzolla (Argentina), Gabriela Ortiz (Mexico), Ricardo Lorenz (Venezuala), Artur Kampela (Brazil), Carlos Sanchez-Gutierrez (Mexico) and Miguel del Aguila (Uruguay).
