At the age of 20 the Israeli-born virtuoso flutist Maron Khoury was appointed to his position with the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra. Magnificently talented, he explores the solo and chamber music repertoire in addition to his MET Opera career. His flute and piano recital with the Canadian-born rising star pianist Bryan Wagorn (also a MET Opera musician) offers a great program of immortal works by Robert Schumann, Sergei Prokofiev, Nicolo Paganini and Lowell Lieberman.
