Ticket holders can pick up their copy of the book on or after Tuesday, September 20 (the publication date is September 18) at the Symphony Space box office during regular box office hours up until Sunday, October 21 (the day before the event).

- Books may also be picked up at the event. Ticket holders are not required to pick up book(s) ahead of time.
